Mr. Kanter is President of Windy City, Inc., a privately held investment company specializing in early stage venture capital and has been a Medgenics board member since 2000. He also serves on the board of directors of several public companies including Aquamatrix, Inc. (OTCBB: AQMT), a manufacturer of foam and gel products for the health care industry; I-Flow Corporation (NASDAQ:IFLO), a drug delivery technology company; Magna-Labs, Inc. (OTCBB: MAGLA), formerly involved in the development of a cardiac MRI device; Pet DRx Corporation (OTCBB: PDXC), an owner and operator of veterinary hospitals; Prospect Medical (AMEX: PZZ), an owner/operator of Independent Physician Associations and hospitals; and WaferGen Biosystems (OTCBB: WGBS), which develops, manufactures, and sells systems for gene expression and genotyping.
Mr. Kanter is also on the Board of a number of private companies and is also a Trustee of the Union Institute & University, the Georgetown Day School in Washington, D.C., and is a Trustee Emeritus and the former President and Board Chair of the Langley School in McLean, Virginia. |
