Joel Kass has worked in Stock Transfer Operations for over 30 years, and has spent 21 of these with Continental. Joel works today as one of Continental�s liaisons with DTC. In this capacity he oversees the daily reconciliation of all depository eligible positions, and is responsible for establishing DTC FAST eligibility for issues, a process that gives client companies the valuable ability to deliver shares electronically to the brokerage community. Joel is also directly involved with the settlement or delivery of all client DWAC/electronic issuances. His valuable experience and attention to detail ensure that client companies receive a maximum of a 48-hour turnaround on all electronic deliveries. |
