Johannah Kendrick, Senior Associate. Ms. Kendrick joined Kincannon & Reed in 2006. She has over 7 years of experience in executive search, including 4 years as an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles� International Technology Practice. As a generalist in that practice, she developed candidates for a wide variety of searches. Her background also includes several years experience in human resources within the nonprofit and consulting sectors. During this period of her career she expanded her knowledge of the employment field by working with senior level employees as a career development consultant, teaching executives how to successfully market themselves for new opportunities. She earned a Bachelor�s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Business from Johns Hopkins University. |
