BACKGROUND: Mr. Anthony is statewide chair of the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Department of GrayRobinson, maintaining offices in representations in Tampa, Orlando and Lakeland. Mr. Anthony covers the statewide needs of his clients from Pensacola to Miami, in areas of chapter 11 reorganizations, complex chapter 7 liquidations, assignments for benefit of creditors, loan restructures, state court loan enforcement litigation, and lender liability defense in state and federal court. EXPERIENCE: Mr. Anthony oversees a department that has a broad range of expertise and experience in servicing lenders and other non-debtor entities in bankruptcy. He frequently writes and speaks on subjects important to the lending industry.Mr. Anthony was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on August 21, 1962. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987.
