John A. Batsch joined HBE in 2003 and currently serves as Director of Operations for VISCOM Products Inc. and Director - Public Sector for HBE. As the Director of Operations for VISCOM, he oversees the operations within the division, including coordination of system design, production, installation and maintenance. As Director - Public Sector for HBE, he is responsible for coordination of installation, service and maintenance for security at the Port Authority�s metropolitan area airports and the wireless infrastructure at the MTA�s city tunnels.
Throughout his 30 plus year career, Mr. Batsch has held various line and staff positions in both the security and wireless industries at Mosler Safe Company, a division of American Standard; Advanced Mobile Phone Service, subsidiary of AT&T; NYNEX Mobile Communications Inc.; Mobile Communications Company of America (MCCA) and AeroComm Inc., a division of IFCI.
Mr. Batsch has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Western New England College, attended numerous advanced management/post graduate courses in finance and management, plus augmented his management background with technical courses from New Jersey Institute of Technology and the US Air Force.
