John A. Litwinski is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm�s Chicago office. He is a member of the Trial Department.
John largely practices in the area of employee benefits class action litigation under ERISA, and has experience in a variety of other litigation areas, including insurance coverage, securities, and other commercial litigation.
Before joining McDermott, John was an associate in the litigation department of a law firm in Boston. While in law school, John was the co-founder and editor-in-chief of The Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy, was a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics, and taught legal research and writing to first-year law students.
John is admitted to practice in Illinois and Massachusetts (inactive).
