Mr. Teegen co-founded SNR Technologies, LLC a privately held, leading provider of wireless Internet services to the mobile user market, in 2002. In addition, he is the founding partner of Azure Domain, LLC a consulting and venture company started in 2001 that provides consulting services for startup companies in the areas of executive management, fund raising, business development, channel development, and compensation. The primary areas of focus of Azure Domain are semiconductors, networking, and optics. From 1997 to 2000 he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for MMC Networks, a network processor company he joined in its pre-IPO stage and which was later acquired by AMCC, the world�s leader in network processors, for $4.5 billion. He was subsequently named AMCC�s Vice President of New Business Development and remained with the company until he founded Azure Domain in 2001. From 1994 through 1997, Mr. Teegen was Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Intellon Corporation, a company specializing in power line and RF silicon for the home networking market. He was instrumental in helping Intellon close a $20 million strategic investment from Compaq, Philips, AMP, Fidelity and others and he established a world-wide network of manufacturer�s representatives for Intellon. Prior to Intellon, Mr. Teegen held various executive and management positions at VLSI Technology from 1987 to 1994, successfully leading the company�s focus on digital video and set-top boxes. Mr. Teegen began his technology career in 1982 with Advanced Micro Devices where he was District Sales Manager through 1987. He is an advisory board member for Voyager Venture Partners, LLC, a founding member for Emergent Growth Fund, LLC, and a member of the Engineering Advisory Council for the University of Florida�s College of Engineering. Mr. Teegen completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida in 1982. |
