Mr. Bryant joined Kellogg Company in March 1998 working with Kellogg Australia and Kellogg Europe in support of the global strategic planning process. He later served as vice president Kellogg North America strategy development / business understanding and in October 1998 was named vice president financial planning cereal.
In 2000 Mr. Bryant also served as vice president trade marketing and as a member of the sales leadership team for Kellogg USA. In August 2000 he was named senior vice president and chief financial officer Kellogg USA. He was named senior vice president of Kellogg Company and chief financial officer in February 2002. In September 2002 he was promoted to executive vice president of Kellogg Company and continued in his role as chief financial officer until June 2004.
In September 2003 Mr. Bryant assumed responsibility for the Natural and Frozen Foods Division Kellogg USA. He was promoted to president Kellogg International in June 2004.
Before joining Kellogg Company Mr. Bryant held leadership positions with Deloitte & Touche Marakon and A.T. Kearney.
Mr. Bryant received a bachelor of commerce degree from Australian National University and an MBA (Palmer Graduate Scholar) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and an associate of the Securities Institute of Australia (securities analyst).
Mr. Bryant was born November 6 1965 in Brisbane Queensland Australia. He resides in Battle Creek Michigan with his wife Alison and their six children. |
