Mr. Landry has served as one of our directors since April 2000. Since January 2001, Mr. Landry has been Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adesso Systems, Inc., a provider of mobile enterprise software and services. From January 2002 to July 2003, Mr. Landry also served as the founder, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of Adjoin Solutions, Inc., which developed web-services management software and was acquired by Computer Associates International, Inc. in July 2003. From February 1999 to June 2000, he was Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AnyDay.com, Inc., a provider of communications, commerce and media services. From August 1995 to December 2000, he served as Vice President of Technology Strategy of International Business Machines Corporation. Mr. Landry is 59 years old. |
