John B. Lloyd, CPA is a director of Buffamante Whipple Buttafaro, P.C. He is a 1962 graduate of Penn State University and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1968. Throughout his 43 year career in public accounting, John has dedicated himself to providing top quality accounting and consulting services to all of his clients. His primary areas of expertise lie in financial planning and business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions. John's business acumen, strong leadership skills and vision will enable our company to continue to grow and prosper. John is the former President of Lloyd and Company, C.P.A., P.C. and was a Managing Partner with the international firm BDO Seidman. He is a member of the New York State and Pennsylvania Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
