Mr. Wood joined the Company in 1992 as executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) and in 1994 was named president and chief executive officer (CEO). In March 2000 he was appointed to the newly created position of executive chairman of the board, which he held until he became chairman of the board subsequent to a restructuring of the Board of Directors in 2002. In January of 2003, Wood resumed the positions of president and CEO. Wood has also served as chairman and CEO of Enterworks, an affiliated company, from January 1996 to August 2005. Prior to joining the company, Wood worked on Wall Street for Dean Witter Reynolds, UBS Securities, and his own boutique investment bank. Wood graduated from Georgetown University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance and computer science. He also serves on two private company boards and two foundation boards. |
