Mr. Conti is a shareholder and member of the Executive Committee at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. where he specializes in the representation of health care providers, primarily in connection with the defense of professional negligence suits. In over 25 years of practice, Mr. Conti has represented virtually every major health care institution in the region. This representation has included matters in Ohio and West Virginia. During his career, Mr. Conti has been a frequent lecturer on virtually all facets of professional negligence and, in the past 15 years, has served on the faculty of approximately 50 seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. As well, he served for six years on the Board of Editors for the Matthew Bender Federal Evidence Practice Guide. Recently, Mr. Conti was appointed an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975, Mr. Conti received his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1978. He is admitted both in Pennsylvania and California. Mr. Conti is an elected member of the Allegheny County Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been named in recent editions of Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and The Best Lawyers in America. |
