He joined DuPont in 1973 as a technical sales representative in Chicago, Ill.; and through 1989, he held various sales, sales management and marketing assignments in the Photo Products Department.
In 1989, John was appointed planning manager, DuPont Corporate Plans. He then became global business manager of Color Proofing in 1991. From 1994 to 2005, he held the position of business director for the Ink Jet Enterprise, Color Proofing and the DuPont Surface businesses.
In 2005 he was appointed director Business Development, DuPont Safety & Protection prior to being appointed to his current position in November 2006.
Mr. Groves attended Ohio State University, graduating in 1973 with a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering. In 1978 he earned a masters of business administration from Georgia State University. |
