Charlie Hutchins is vice president for research and development for Noel-Levitz. He directs the development of new Noel-Levitz products, including Web-enabled technologies for recruitment and retention.
An experienced enrollment manager, Mr. Hutchins has consulted directly with more than 100 institutions nationwide, including the University of Minnesota (MN), The University of South Florida (FL), the Connecticut Technical and Community College System (CT), the Center for Creative Studies (MI), and Charleston Southern University (SC). His areas of expertise include communications system design, market research, statistical analysis, staff training and development, computer systems, and strategic enrollment planning. Mr. Hutchins designed and authored the original versions of two technologies in use on campuses nationwide ForecastPlus , the advanced predictive modeling service from Noel-Levitz, and EMASPlus , an admissions software program for managing recruiting contacts.
Previous campus experience
Prior to joining Noel-Levitz, Mr. Hutchins served as vice president of enrollment management at North Carolina Wesleyan University. In addition, he served as director of marketing and institutional research at the Florida Institute of Technology, where he also held positions as a faculty member and director of admissions. Earlier in his career, he served as creative director for a South Florida advertising and marketing firm.
Education
Mr. Hutchins is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds an M.B.A. certification from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University (LA). |
