Mr. Kerr is Chairman of Lignum Investments Ltd., a privately-held investment company and is the managing partner of Lignum Forest Products LLP, a privately-held forest products distribution company. He received his B.A. from the University of British Columbia and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Kerr sits on the boards of Louisiana Pacific Corporation and the Vancouver Foundation. In addition, at different times during the period from 2002 to 2006, Mr. Kerr served as a director of the following publicly-traded companies: Riverside Forest Products Ltd. and Bombardier Inc.
