Mr. Miles has been a director of the Company since February 2002. Mr. Miles is a member of the Board of Dentsply International, Inc. ("Dentsply"), the world's largest manufacturer of dental products. He also serves on the Board of Inamed Corporation. Mr. Miles served as Dentsply's Chief Executive Officer from January 1996 to January 2004 and as the Chairman of its Board of Directors from May 1998 until May 11, 2004. |
