John Van Aken is the recently retired Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Visa International, a leading payment brand and payment system worldwide. At Visa, Mr. Van Aken was responsible for coordinating all human resources functions with Visa's international regions. Prior to his post at Visa, Mr. Van Aken was Senior Vice President, Human Resource Development at Bank of New England Corporation where he oversaw training and development for 32,000 employees. He also served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at the Conifer Group prior to its acquisition by BNE.
Mr. Van Aken received his B.A. degree from Washington & Jefferson College and is a frequent speaker and lecturer on HR topics. |
