John C. Botdorf joined ZeroNines, Inc. as Chairman of the Board in the fourth quarter of 2000. Mr. Botdorf has held the title of Managing General Partner, Chairman, and CEO for both private and public companies for the past 22 years. He has a long established track record for developing and exploiting emerging technologies with a focus on building and investing in companies that will be able to defend and enhance their business models. He has successfully led two companies from early stage/seed to successful sale to Fortune 500 concerns. In 1987, Mr. Botdorf founded American Cellular Services which he built from seed to 6,000 customers and then sold the company to Contel Cellular in 1994 netting a substantial profit to his investment group. In 1995, Mr. Botdorf acquired a controlling interest in a Canadian manufacturing company and through his efforts doubled sales in two years and later sold the company to a large public company for a profit. The past ten years Mr. Botdorf has been an early strategic investor in a number of other high tech ventures including Integrated Process Equipment Corp, (IPEC), later merged with SpeedFam (SFAM), Net Value Holding Inc. formerly (NETV), Online Transaction Technology Corp which was merged thru Mr. Botdorf s efforts in 2000 with VSource (VSRC). Mr. Botdorf currently holds founding positions in a handful of other high tech and real estate ventures that are successfully operating today. Over the past 22 years Mr. Botdorf has successfully negotiated in excess of $1B dollars in closed equity, debt and financial transactions in the real estate and high tech fields. Mr. Botdorf has been an early investor in Zero Nines Technology Inc and was instrumental in helping the company reorganize operations to attract new investment capital. He is currently very active in the day to day financial affairs of the company and is spearheading the financial negotiations for the company. Mr. Botdorf was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1983 with a double major in finance and real estate from California State University at Northridge, CA. He is a co-founder of Pinnacle Capital Partners, LLC, a business investment company operating near Denver, Co. Mr. Botdorf has been active in various charitable ventures and recently completed a two year term where he served in the past year as Chairman of the Board for the Douglas County Montesssori Charter School, a 400 student public school. Mr. Botdorf recently helped the school refinance a $9M public bond issuance to lower the school s cost of capital and finance the construction of a new gymnasium. |
