John May is an experienced merger and acquisition (M&A) business professional. John joined Chapman in 2003 after several years as Vice President of an M&A firm where he worked in the domestic and South American divisions. Previously, John founded Texas Governmental and Industrial Finance, Inc. (TGIF) and Office Systems Finance, Inc. (OSF) John was CEO of Memory Sciences Corporation. He has also held a number of executive positions with companies like Cambridge Memories, Texas Instruments and University Computing Company. In addition, John has served as a member of the board of directors of Vineyard Systems, First State Bank of Plano, TGIF, OSF, and Memory Sciences Corporation. John represents Chapman in Texas and the Southwest and specializes in representing technology, manufacturing and service companies. John earned his B.A. in math and physics from Texas Christian University. He is also a Certified Leasing Professional (CLP). |
