John Yarbrough, a partner in Carmody & Torrance's Business Services Group, practices in public finance, commercial real estate (especially for public utilities in connection with electric generating plants, electric transmission line projects and related property), land use, environmental and municipal matters. He has represented issuers, underwriters and borrowers in a number of tax-exempt financings for schools, hospitals, child care facilities, life care facilities, housing, colleges and universities. He has also served as town attorney for two Connecticut municipalities for more than 20 years.
