John Kreitler has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance, especially relating to technology businesses, insurers, insurance producers, and health care companies. In particular, he has represented clients in insurance matters, including holding company issues, changes of control, demutualizations, insurance product creation and licensing, and reinsurance treaties.
John also has considerable experience in the representation of vendors and significant users of technology in a business setting, particularly in computer hardware and computer software products and services, and the products of advanced manufacturing, telecommunications, and medical equipment companies. His practice has included intensive involvement in software and intellectual property development and licensing arrangements, outsourcing and facilities management agreements, strategic alliances and joint venture agreements, system integration contracts, e-commerce trusts, web site development and ISP and ASP hosting agreements.
