Mr. Roueche has been our Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications since March 2006. Jay Roueche has led McDermott�s financial communications since September 2003, previously serving as Director of the department. Prior to joining McDermott, he was Vice President, Investor Relations at Pennzoil-Quaker State Company until that company was sold in late 2002. In addition to investor relations, Mr. Roueche has worked extensively in corporate finance at Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, Pennzoil Company, Rockport Resources Capital Corporation and Shell Oil Company. Mr. Roueche earned his MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and received a BBA in finance and economics from Texas Tech University. |
