Practice Areas
John E. Scholhamer (Ted) is a member of the firm's corporate practice group. He assists clients in a broad range of corporate, commercial and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and real estate financings, private placements, and corporate and nonprofit governance.
Prior to joining Duffy & Sweeney, Mr. Scholhamer served as legal intern to the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), intern to Kendall Investments, a private equity fund of funds in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and research assistant for the New England School of Law.
Professional Activities
Mr. Scholhamer is a member of the Providence Preservation Society and serves on the Winter Bash Committee. In addition, Mr. Scholhamer is a member of the Brown Forum for Enterprise, the American Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association.
