Jack Regan is senior counsel and head of Leonard, Street and Deinard�s Mankato office. He has extensive experience with closely held businesses, corporate representation and tax law, estate planning and probate law. Jack focuses his practice on business acquisitions, dispositions, buy-sell, redemption agreement transactions, and estate and tax planning for closely held and family business owners in business and professional practices. He is a certified public accountant (inactive).
