As head of the property management division, John directs the management and accounting of 31 properties totaling over 6.6 million square feet. He brings over 30 years of property management experience to Cullinan Properties, with involvement over his career in retail, industrial, office and residential properties. His background incorporates knowledge of property management, leasing, construction, brokerage and numerous software reporting systems. His clients cover a wide and diverse field, managing properties for individual investors to major institutions, including Illinois State Teachers Pension Fund, Ohio State Teacher Pension Fund, Nationwide Insurance, Wachovia Bank and Mass Mutual Insurance. Before joining Cullinan Properties, John headed up Harkins & Associates, LLC, where he was in charge of third party Management and Leasing. His clients included Carson Pierre Scott, John Alden Asset Management Company, Compass Group, Lincoln Properties, Prime Group Realty Trust and Murdoch, Coll & Lillibridge. Prior to this, he was with Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. where he was recruited to start up their Asset Management Company. He went on to build their management portfolio to over 70 properties in excess of 13,000,000 square feet. He was also a partner of the firm. |
