John Henry practices in the firm's business transactions group. He advises clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including securities offerings, periodic securities filings and various regulatory compliance issues, and has represented clients in transactions involving the acquisition of divestiture of both publicly and privately held companies. Mr. Henry has also represented public and non-public clients in a wide range of financings including secured and subordinated debt financing with lenders and the public issuance of convertible subordinated debentures. Mr. Henry's clients include companies in the carpet and home furnishing industries, as well as the textile and apparel, soft drink bottling, transportation, and retail grocery store businesses.
