John F. Perotti was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in 2005. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1998, and of the Bank since 1993. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, and prior to that he was Vice President and Treasurer of the Bank. John has been a director of the Bank since 1985 and an employee since 1973. He is an area native and currently resides in Sharon, Connecticut. |
