Experience
John "Jack" Rudy is an experienced mediator and trial attorney, concentrating his practice on commercial litigation, anti-trust and trade regulation, environmental law and white collar crime matters. He has represented major corporate and management clients in many aspects of litigation, including securities, RICO, insurance coverage disputes and white collar criminal defense.

In 2000, Mr. Rudy was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to serve as the Interim State Attorney for Hillsborough County, Florida. In addition, Mr. Rudy has served as a member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar and President of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association. While attending law school, Mr. Rudy served on the Constitutional Rights Subcommittee for the United States Senate. Mr. Rudy served as a Colonel in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, Mr. Rudy worked for the United States Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Criminal Trial Division and Chief of the Grand Jury and Special Prosecutions Section.
