Garland, a native of Bryan County, Georgia has 35 years experience in the commercial, military and yacht construction and repair disciplines. A boilermaker and ship fitter by trade, he has had progressively responsible roles up to and including Vice President of Repair for Intermarine. He has been involved in every major ship construction project that has occurred in the last 35 years at the Global Ship Systems Facility in Savannah. |
