Mr. Henderson has over 15 years legal experience negotiating and documenting commercial loans and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining Oxford, he was a partner at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Dyer Ellis & Joseph (which merged with Blank Rome LLP), where he represented commercial banks and financial services companies. Before entering private practice in 2000, Mr. Henderson served as Assistant General Counsel at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. He had primary legal responsibility for over $5 billion in project, structured and aircraft finance transactions, and he developed an expertise in cross-border recoveries, restructurings and workouts. Mr. Henderson received his B.A. from Lake Forest College and his J.D. from American University. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Virginia State Bar. |
