Jack is special counsel in the real estate department and a member of the real estate development practice group. He concentrates his practice on real estate development issues.
Representative Matters
Represented commercial landlords in numerous actions in North Carolina Superior, District, and Magistrates Court, as well as before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Represented landlords in bankruptcy actions relating to lease assumption disputes and creditors' rights issues.
Represented commercial landlord in claim with regard to numerous issues arising from tenant's default and appointment of federal receivership.
Represented insurer in lawsuit arising from building collapse.
Represented supplier of conveyor system in claim arising from explosion at pharmaceutical plant.
