John Johnson is an Associate practicing primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He provides litigation services for a wide variety of matters arising out of business and commercial disputes, as well as governmental inquiries and internal investigations. Mr. Johnson is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as a Law Review staff editor and a member of the Trial Advocacy Team. Mr. Johnson is also a member of the Heuisler Honor Society. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Johnson worked in the content management software and Business Process Outsourcing ("BPO") industry specializing in the Healthcare Payer and Financial Services markets. While attending law school, Mr. Johnson was the Contracts Manager for a software development and BPO company. His responsibilities included negotiating, drafting and closing software license, professional services and BPO service agreements with national healthcare payers.
