He joined DuPont in 1972 as a first line supervisor at Cape Fear in Wilmington, N.C.
From 1972 to 1992, he held a variety of supervisory and management positions in operations across the United States and in Corporate Engineering in Wilmington, Del.
In 1992, he was appointed production superintendent, Nonwovens, in Richmond, Va. In 1996, he became the plant manager of Washington Works in Parkersburg, W.Va.. Four years later, he became the Operations and Engineering director for Nonwovens in Wilmington, Del.
Mr. Little was appointed director- Strategic Sourcing in 2003. In early 2006, he was appointed director- DuPont Capital Asset Productivity. He was appointed to his current position on Dec. 1, 2006.
Mr. Little is a registered professional engineer and a member of AICHE.
He was born in Houston, Texas, and holds a bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston. |
