John joined Pierce Atwood in 1987, after 18 months of workers� compensation and civil trial experience at an insurance defense firm in Portland. In over 20 years devoted to civil litigation, he has handled a wide variety of matters ranging from product liability and other personal injury cases to construction litigation and fidelity and surety claims defense and counseling.
