Jay began his career with Parkway in 1999 bringing 4 years of experience in risk management and commercial lending.
Immediately, Jay gained experience in leasing and management through Parkway's "boot camp" by managing a 260,000 asset in Jackson Mississippi (now City Centre). During this time, Jay also provided realty services to other third-party clients. Subsequently as Director of Investor Relations, Jay gained experience in corporate and public real estate finance - skills that aided him in his transition back into the field. Prior to his current responsibilities as Asset Manager of the Chicago portfolio, Jay oversaw operations of PKY's Tennessee portfolio. |
