John J. Clarke rejoined the Company's Board of Directors in March 2004. Mr. Clarke had previously served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors from July 1997 to February 2000 when he resigned from the Board due to his heavy workload. Companies, a diversified financial services organization, where he has been employed since 1976, and is a founding director of two New Hampshire commercial banks. Mr. Clarke currently serves as a Director of Centrix Bank. |
