Mr. Fanning is a graduate of Colgate University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law and was admitted to practice in New York in 1982. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and before the United States District Court in New Jersey, the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York and before the Second Circuit. He joined Cullen and Dykman LLP in 1983 and became a member of the firm in 1992. Prior to working at the firm, Mr. Fanning worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County. At Cullen and Dykman LLP, Mr. Fanning has tried approximately one-hundred tort cases involving premises liability, carbon monoxide poisoning, construction site accidents, fire damage, asbestos exposure, lead-based paint, and automobile accidents. |
