John dedicates the majority of his practice to bankruptcy and related matters including bankruptcy litigation and out-of-court restructurings throughout the United States. As such, a portion of John�s practice is transaction-based, and further includes commercial litigation. John represents individual creditors (both secured and unsecured), ad hoc creditors� committees, statutory creditors� committees, and equity security holders, as well as companies reorganizing under Chapter 11. John�s experience includes the representation of purchasers and sellers of assets, claims and equity interests in distressed and special situations in connection with both strategic and financial investments.
