Mr. DiPietro has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chronix Biomedical Inc, a private biotechnology company. Mr. DiPietro was a member of the Board of Chronix Biomedical from February 2003 through July 2006. From September 1999 to September 2002 he was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President-Finance and Administration of Tripath Technology, Inc., a semi-conductor manufacturing company. He served as Calypte�s Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from December 1997 through September 1999. From October 1995 until December 1997, he served as Calypte�s Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University. |
