John J. Shalam has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Audiovox and its predecessor since founding in 1960. Mr. Shalam also serves as President and a Director of most of Audiovox's operating subsidiaries. Mr. Shalam is on the Board of Directors of the Electronics Industry Association and is on the Executive Committee of the Consumer Electronics Association. |
