John Power is a member of the Appellate and Complex Litigation Support Group and the General Business Litigation Practice Group in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
John practices in the areas of antitrust compliance, antitrust litigation, class actions, (including extensive experience in federal securities laws, RICO royalty underpayment and antitrust claims), commercial litigation, extraordinary remedies, employment discrimination, professional liability, and environmental litigation. In 2000, John received one of the top twenty defense verdicts in the State of Missouri.
