After a successful career in broadcasting , John Bates began his recruiting career in 1984 when he joined Management Recruiters of Chattanooga-North , Inc. Just two years later, he earned the prestigious national designation of Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM). Throughout his career, John has specialized in the voice, data, video marketplace, working with manufacturers that build hardware and software that underpin some of the country�s largest networks and thousands of the smaller ones. He says, Whether it�s wireless, wire line, or cable, it�s in my network. With a focus on sales, sales management, and pre-sales engineering, John numbers many of today�s hottest companies as his clients.

In 1998 John was promoted to his current position of VP of Sales Recruiting. His career has been characterized by exceeding milestones, setting records then breaking them, and consistently qualifying for the award of National Pacesetter as well as numerous local and regional achievement awards.

Originally from California, John is a Vietnam veteran and earned his B.S. degree in Business from Troy State University. He has 5 children and 4 grandchildren. His hobbies are travel and motorcycles (ask about his new Harley).Company Profile
