John L. Hollingshead is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate Transactions Group. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate and commercial finance. His clients include many leading regional, national, and international lenders, as well as real estate developers and commercial landlords and tenants. Mr. Hollingshead has also served as a consultant to local governments on real estate-related legal issues and an expert witness on legal opinion letters. Mr. Hollingshead is the author of numerous articles on finance, real estate and environmental law issues and has lectured on various finance-related topics. He is admitted practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
