Litigated numerous state and federal cases before the Michigan Public Service Commission and the utility commissions of the other five Great Lakes states, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and all levels of state and federal courts including the Michigan Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court
