John Giunta is a senior associate in our Pittsburgh office. Mr. Giunta is a Pittsburgh native who received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Duquesne University in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 1985, where he was awarded full academic scholarships for 1983-84 and 1984-85. He was on law review and served as Executive Comment Editor in his third year. After graduation, John served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Francis X. Caiazza, then of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County and presently a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Western District of PA. In 1986, Mr. Giunta commenced his litigation practice in Pittsburgh devoted to complex civil litigation, including serious accident claims, civil rights, municipal and employment litigation, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, commercial motor vehicle liability, insurance and commercial disputes, fire claims and generally a wide variety of jury trial work. |
