John M. Since joining De La Rosa in 2001, Phan has supported transactions for the firm�s most complicated and high profile financings, and has been a member of teams serving all the firm�s higher-education clients. The six-year industry professional previously worked at David Taussig & Associates, a tax-consulting firm specializing in land-secured financings.
Phan holds a Bachelor�s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Education from the University of California at Berkeley. His professional registrations include General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7) and a Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63). |
