Mr. Pietruski has served as chairman of the board of directors of Encysive Pharmaceuticals Inc. (previously Texas Biotechnology Corporation) since May 1990. He has served as President of Dansara Company, a private investment firm, since 1988. Mr. Pietruski served as Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Drug Inc., a pharmaceutical company, from 1985 to 1988 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1983 to 1985. He currently serves as a director of PDI, Inc. and TrialCard Inc. Mr. Pietruski received a B.S. degree with honors in business administration from Rutgers University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. |
