John Rehl serves as DoubleClick's Senior Vice President of Global Technical Services, where he leads a team of dedicated professionals who deliver valuable training, deployment services and customer support to DoubleClick's worldwide client base. With more than 19 years of experience managing service organizations in the high technology sector, Rehl has a proven track record of improving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement, organizational development and teamwork.
Before joining DoubleClick, Rehl spent three years at Software AG, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Customer Support, leading a 100-person international customer service and support organization that was responsible for delivering complex technical support, training and onsite services to Fortune 100 companies. During his tenure, he helped grow custom services revenue by 38% and drove significant improvements in overall customer satisfaction. Prior to Software AG, Rehl spent five years at Sybase Software, where he rose to the position of Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service and Support, overseeing the efforts of a 700-person worldwide support organization that was responsible for delivering complex technical support to Fortune 100 companies.
Rehl has also held senior-level support positions at IBM and was the President and founder of Computer Education Services, a small training concern specializing in the use of computers as educational tools for the children's marketplace.
Rehl received an MS in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island. |
