John M. Sydlar is a 1998 graduate of Pace University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Sydlar received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Mr. Sydlar's practice concentrates in the areas of surety and fidelity bonding, construction litigation, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. In 2008, he was named to the New Jersey Rising Star list by Super Lawyers magazine.
Mr. Sydlar is also a participant in the Criminal Pro Bono Program instituted by the State of New Jersey's Office of the Public Defender in conjunction with the New Jersey Courts. |
