John M. Thompson serves as a shareholder and director for Crowe & Dunlevy in the Firm�s Oklahoma City office. Mr. Thompson has concentrated his practice in the litigation of complex business and commercial transactions. His practice covers a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters, and regularly involves litigation relating to financial institutions, real estate transactions, construction disputes, aircraft transactions, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience representing financial institutions in connection with debt restructures and loan workouts. During the course of his career, he has represented leading corporations in a variety of industries, in both state and federal courts, as well as various arbitration and administrative forums. Mr. Thompson is admitted to practice in all state courts in Oklahoma, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is also a member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, as well as the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Thompson has also been inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. |
